In Ontario, the 211 system is managed by Ontario 211 Services, a non-profit agency that provides strategic direction and oversight. Ontario 211 Services is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. The 211 helpline is answered by Information and Referral Specialists at our 211 Regional Service Providers.
